The People’s Botanica is a community project with POOR Magazine rooted in healing, spirit, accessibility, and its connectedness to our collective struggle. The People's Botanica is dedicated to providing spiritual wellness supplies to communities of color who've been herstorically disenfranchised; enduring poverty & historical trauma.  100% of profits/proceeds from the botanica are shared-in-kind with Homefulness; A poor people, Indigenous people led revolution -of houseless &  formerly houseless families, and individuals.

POOR Magazine, the organization, is a poor people led/indigenous people led non-profit, grassroots, arts organization dedicated to providing revolutionary media access, arts, education and solutions from youth, adults and elders in poverty across Pachamama. 

​

POOR Magazine, the publication, is an arts  & education project started in 1996 by an Indigenous, landless Mother & Daughter who struggled with extreme poverty, incarceration and criminalization in the U.S.
